haughty behavior pretentious approach
the room was of a high standard and the balcony was a great bonus.
I didn't find the receptionist entirely friendly. She was polite though. i didn't understand her haughty behavior. i wanted to feel welcome regardless of my background or financial situation. to be honest, her pretentious approach irritated me .

polite staff excellent service warm greeting faulty access malfunctioning wristbands door key
the hotel staff greeted me warmly. sharna was polite at check-in. kiru, the bellboy, showed me the room amenities with excellent service.
the door key stopped working. the wristbands for pool access also malfunctioned. i had reported this during a previous stay, a great disappointment.

The gym had modern equipment! and space. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit selection! though the pastries were good too.

slow check-in process disappointing breakfast
the location was convenient
the check-in process was slow it took nearly 40 minutes to get a room staff seemed unprepared breakfast was also disappointing instead of local flavors they try to cater to everyone it was like a confused mishmash the restaurant food wasn't much better either there was no real flavor.

spacious balcony comfortable seating filtered water
I enjoyed the spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The gym access around the clock was useful and clean. I found the filtered water tap and refillable bottles in the room very practical.

bad coffee garbage smell
The breakfast was quite a letdown. i found limited options and the coffee was bad, so bad i ended up going elsewhere for my morning fix the next day. also, finding a room service menu was like searching for buried treasure. I never found one! and the taxi waiting area? it constantly reeked of garbage. It was quite off-putting.
